Dining outside in the fresh Mediterranean air – whether by the beach, on a terrace or beneath the stars – has to be one of the greatest pleasures of living the laidback Ibiza lifestyle (even if it is only for a brief holiday spell!) and the beauty of it is, no matter what style of cuisine you’re craving, Ibiza has got you covered. From the finest Italian home cooking, healthy light bites, Asian fusion and speed-sliced sushi to the freshest of freshly caught seafood and traditional Ibicenco fare, indulging those breakfast-lunch-and-dinner whims have never been easier – especially if you take advantage of White’s easy-to-use reservation form on each of our restaurant pages.
But it’s not all about us you know - we want to hear all about your experiences in our favourite Ibiza restaurants too, which is why we’ve created an exclusive section on each page for you to share your very own tales of tantalised taste buds, delectable dining and amazing meals with other White readers around the world. So don’t be shy and start spreading the love – go on, you know you want to.

Panorama at Sa Punta Inauguration

So tonight, with visiting friends and the White-ettes in tow – plus invitations clutched firmly in my freshly manicured hand – it was off to chic beach restaurant Sa Punta for the launch of their highly anticipated, much talked about, brand spanking new rooftop terrace bar, the very aptly named Panorama.

Strawberries - the other big red
Strawberries are in the shops in full force at the moment, with the ones from the island being sweeter, redder and better than those from the Costa Plastica (an immense tract of land somewhere in the south of Spain covered in enormous greenhouses). I was in the veg shack outside Santa Gertrudis de la Fruitera yesterday and they currently have HUGE quantities of these little mothers.
There are so many places you can stick strawberries. Jams, smoothies, cakes, ice creams and sorbets. Mashed up with yoghurt. Try adding strawberries to your morning juice every day until the season is over…

Villa Palmera
Pool? Check. Tennis court? Check. Basketball hoops? Check. DVD room. Check mate! All this and more in what is disguised as a mild mannered farmhouse perfect for a family holiday or keeping a group of friends contained.
OK, mild is an understatement given that there are actually eight bedrooms in this expansive ancient finca, but no matter which way you look at it, you’ve got enough creature comforts, comfy zones, adventure areas and an amazing pool to want to take up permanent residence….
