White Ibiza is proud to announce our first official event on Friday 14 August 2009, in conjunction with new media network Hubculture.com, the intimate, exclusive Supper Under The Stars.

Showcasing Kurru Kurru event styling, White Ibiza will convert one of Ibiza's most beautiful and private beach locations into a stunning Beach Lounge, which must be seen to believed. Starting at 8pm, guests will sip on signature cocktails presented by The Bar – such as frozen mixed fruit daiquiris, mojitos and caipiroskas - with a live music performance by Goldfish officially launching the evening and continuing as the sun sets over the Mediterranean.

As night falls, our DJs softly set the mood for an intimate dinner. Illuminated by the half moon, a stylish mix of sophisticated decor and ambient lighting marks the transition from cocktail bar to beach lounge, where guests will enjoy a Mediterranean dinner at the highly skilled hands of La Grande Bouffe.

The custom designed menu is a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian influences. Starters include roast tomato crostini with goat’s cheese and basil and thai fishcake with chilli ketchup. The main course features dishes such as grilled chicken satay with peanut sauce, thai prawn curry with jasmine rice and thai beef salad, accompanied by a range of salads; roast vegetableheirloom tomato and buffalo mozzarella, French bean, hazelnut and orange. Signature desserts of chocolate mousse and apricot, almond and Pedro Jimenez trifle are the perfect sugar coated ending to this divine dining experience.

Complemented by the delectable Ibizkus rosé and including white wine, beer and cava all night, this luxurious meal is set to inspire and delight the taste buds.

White Ibiza brings our clients and members together at a variety of unique events hosted on a monthly basis, such as:

Hubculture.com
Hub Culture is a real network bringing together the physical and the virtual. Hub Culture Pavilions are now arriving in key global destinations including London, Amsterdam, Berlin, New York, Miami, San Francisco, Cannes, Singapore and Ibiza. The Ibiza Pavilion officially opened its (virtual) doors in 2009 and is set to bring together members from around the globe at key island destinations and events.

Kurru Kurru
A truly independent spirit, Marinela Cifteli – who was born in Albania, grew up in Germany and studied fashion in Miami - moved to Ibiza in October 2006, teaming up with Portuguese born designer and art director Ricardo Coehlo - who had spent years creating costumes for the Paris opera - to cultivate Kurru Kurru.

Goldfish
This is Dominic Peters and David Poole, the unassuming surfer/jazz muso/electronic maniacs that are Goldfish. You couldn't find two guys more passionate about music, and if you've seen their live show, you will agree that ‘Re-invention of the DJ’ is about as close as you can get to describing what it isk, flute and vocals with samplers, effects, synths and a healthy dollop of freeform improvisation, Goldfish have hit a nerve on dance floors across the world.

La Grande Bouffe
La Grande Bouffe is the work of chef Mark E Watkins and his team, providing food, drink and merry on the island of Ibiza. Having lived in Barcelona in the late 1980s and in Ibiza since 2001, Mark has an in-depth knowledge of Spanish and particularly Catalan cuisine. Whilst in London in the ‘90s, Mark worked as head chef at the prestigious Primrose Hill Restaurant & Gastropub The Lansdowne and his skills and knowledge expand to all traditional Mediterranean, French and English cooking.

The Bar
The concept is simple. A fully-equipped mobile bar service - tailored to suit each individual client, location and budget - complete with cocktail waiters, bartenders, a chic portable bar, sparkling glassware, glistening ice buckets, fresh fruits, utensils, cooling equipment and of course, alcohol – everything you could wish for, and more. Beautifully presented drinks and custom-designed cocktails are customary, with bartenders trained to ensure each Mojito has the same zesty amount of lime or Bloody Mary has just the right bite – consistency, professionalism and strict high standards are paramount to The Bar’s success.

Ibizkus
Created lovingly by Laurent Fresard, a qualified Master of Wine, Ibizkus uses the extremely rare Monastrell grape, a variety with a direct lineage to vines brought to the island by the Phoenicians over 2000 years ago - proving just how long fine wine has been appreciated in Ibiza.

Ibiza Sonica
On an island where current musical culture is as significant as historical heritage, when it comes to the field of radio, Ibiza produces the cream of the crop. Local broadcast experts Ibiza Sonica are the proof in this pudding
