THURSDAY 28th AUGUST: 'Playtime' and cocktails at Privado, El Ayoun, with DJ Angel Cielo manning the decks
As you glide through restaurant El Ayoun, shimmy to the left and through to Privado where the fun and frivolity takes place before, after or in lieu of dining.
Privado has long been a favoured haunt for those with dollars, sense (ahem), style and a taste for after dark mischief. Serving all our favourite designer drinks from champagne cocktails to slurp-a-licious Mojitos, Privado’s sophistication, superior service and Studio 54 style lighting will have you raving about the party long after you’ve left the dancefloor.

FRIDAY 29th AUGUST: 'Party' with Manumission @ Amnesia - a seriously eye-boggling show not to be missed!
The striking white building that was the birthplace of the Balearic Beat and the subsequent Acid House phenomenon still attracts thousands of thrill seekers looking for the ultimate hedonistic party atmosphere.
Amnesia’s vast main room is perfectly suited to the rumbling sounds of trance, techno and house. In this room, God is a DJ - perched in a lofty booth in front of a dazzling light display, facing a sea of hands raised in the air.
Next door the stylish terrace offers a stark contrast, with its airy atrium and VIP balcony - hosted by Jade Jagger’s Jezebel on Fridays. The music policy takes a softer, more minimal approach here, while the room also hosts the infamous Manumission stage shows - think sexy girls, acrobats and burlesque routines, every Friday night.

SATURDAY 30th AUGUST: 'Dine' on grilled fish, mussels to die for and BBQ'd meat at beach-side restaurant La Barraca
Set in front of the glistening waters of Talamanca Bay, La Barraca boasts every ingredient for a sublime dining experience. Shaded by palm trees and accessorised by a garden studded with roses, it is a supremely relaxing seaside haven serving scrumptious treats – from the blue cheese mousse aperitifs to the sweet chocolate endings.
Thanks to long-time chef Eduardo Gutieroz, a wonderfully creative, original and skilful cook, front of house knight Juan Bohe and their attentive team, an afternoon or evening in La Barraca is as pleasurable as the sand it rests on.

SUNDAY 31st AUGUST: ´Stunning sunset', romance and great food at hidden gem Cap De's Falco
Tucked away at the end of a long and bumpy dirt track in the protected national park of Ses Salines you’ll find Cap D´es Falco. Being hard-to-find makes your journey to this striking location even more worthwhile.
The waterside setting and breathtaking view of rolling hills set the perfect scene for lunch, dinner, cocktails, weddings and special events. We love its unspoilt sunsets – an alternative view of that essential Ibiza experience. Run by the Fabbri family (originally from Genoa), expect authentic home-cooked Italian cuisine, with fresh pasta and delicious desserts coming courtesy of Mama Fabbri.

Wherever you are on the island, Ibiza’s unique landscape and style means you will always feel at home – that is until you step into the Atzaró Spa and are immediately transported to the distant shores of Bali.
An oasis of tranquillity nestled amongst fragrant orange groves, prepare for your senses to be hypnotised as your mind and body unwinds.
Relax and soak up the sun on the amazing pool deck after your gym session, shower, sauna and Jacuzzi or be spoilt for choice by the range of different treatments on offer, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. If Ibiza is the ultimate in escapism, we think the Atzaró Spa has taken the art of escaping to a whole new level.

WEDNESDAY 3rd AUGUST: 'Navigate' your way around the coast of Ibiza with The Boat Charter Company
You can travel around Ibiza on a bicycle, scooter, car, horse back or even helicopter, but to truly immerse yourself in the spirit of the island, we think a boat will do just nicely.
We’re not talking any old tub though. We’re talking the Geisha, a stunning 18-metre classic sailboat, the snappy Cherokee and the Hallmark, a stylish and spacious luxury powerboat that doubles as a home away from home.
This triumvirate make up The Boat Charter Company, with captain Len Hall and his partner in love and business, Mandy Gregory at the helm to turn your aquatic fantasies into reality.

25/08/08: Cala Jondal is where it's at!
You know, it’s hard for Miss W to actually label any beach as her particular favourites, but Cala Jondal must come as close to perfection as any other shoreline in the world. Huge, glossy grey pebbles, soft, silky sands and gentle, crystal clear waters set amongst a stunning backdrop of rocky cliffs. Am I right, or am I right?
Having spent a couple of weeks with my head down and fingers typing in August (along with being out and about for my social commitments of course), I decided that this week would officially be the week that Miss W worked on her tan. Sunshine was definitely in order – I mean, a girl can fake bake any time she needs the extra glow, but nothing beats the feeling of the real deal.
And although I had the best intentions of checking out different locations across the island, in the end, it was the pebbly shores of Cala Jondal (easy to find parking, no traffic to fight and a mere ten minutes from my house) that got my vote for three days running – hard life, isn’t it? Check out my downtime schedule…
Day 1: A relaxing Saturday afternoon, at the far end of Jondal and on the sands in front of Tropicana with visiting friends. What a cool, chilled, relaxed atmosphere – and quite possibly the best club sandwich on the island by the way! Miss W and some selected White-ettes chose to flit between a shaded table and some poll-position sun beds for the entire duration of the afternoon. The perfect chillout experience before the hectic Ibiza weekend kicked into gear.
Day 2: A divine day bed at Blue Marlin. After a night spent dancing at We Love… Sundays at Space, Miss W and Semi-Boyfriend were tired enough to spend a week in bed, however as that would clearly be ridiculous and a waste of the sensational resources Ibiza has on offer (not to mention just a little too forward for Miss W’s VERY conservative standards), we booked a king-sized bed at Blue Marlin to rest our weary heads – for one afternoon at the very least...

The couple hail from event planning and catering backgrounds, having previously worked for Hand Made Food organising huge charity events and parties for London’s elite, meaning the Cardamom experience is second to none.
